*Cinnarolls with Orange cashew Icing*
1 1/4 Cup Almond Meal
1 1/4 Ground Flaxseed
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt
1 cup Medjool dates
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tsp Raw organic Vanilla
1/8 Cup Grapeseed Oil
1/8 Cup Raw Agave Negtar
1/4 Cup Afgani Raisins
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
#1. *Mix* Almond Meal + Ground Flaxseed + Cayenne + 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon + pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt. Set aside.
#2. *Process* Dates + Water + Vanilla+ Raisins + Pecans+ Grapeseed Oil. Add to dry mixture. Use more water or agave if it is too dry. (Proceed with caution) Form a dough texture.
#3. *Spread* the dough onto a piece of parchment papier – shaping it into 1/4-inch thick square.
#4. *Chill* in refrigerator and make Orange Cashew Icing.
#5. Slice into little rolls and place in dehydrator for 8-10 hours on the “living foods” (105-110) setting to maintain nutrition.
*Orange Cashew Icing*
1 Cup Raw Organic Cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
6 Tbs Raw Organic Honey
Juice of 1/2 Organic Orange
2 tsp Orange zest
