Earthing

The term “earthing” is finally getting some fantastic exposure! My teacher David Wolfe along with many other top renegade nutrition and health authorities have been promoting the concept of this for a long time where many people have not taken it seriously.

The concept of earthing (or grounding) is very simple – you take off your shoes and you walk barefoot on the earth. Think about this – the earth is a massive source of free electrons, and when you do this these electrons go into your body where they normalize the positive ions that are present (our bodies require negative ions to be optimally healthy).

Walking barefoot on the earth has been linked to curing exhaustion and weight gain. My mental theroy beyond the great proof that science has to tell us is that because all that we are is energy beyond this physical body we need to satisfy our spirit and connects us to all that we are down to the deepest level. That’s why hugging trees, walking barefoot outside, and spending lots and lots of time in nature is not such a bad idea after all!

If we can get outside each day and spend time with nature and the elements we are doing our physical, emotional, and spiritual health a HUGE favor. So get outside today and connect with nature! Even if it’s just for 5 minutes. DO IT and I guarantee you will experience more mental clarity, energy, and positivity :)
