- Avoid the 4 white devils; processed flour, sugar, table salt, and pasteurized dairy
- Cut back on alcohol and stimulants such as coffee
- Do not eat soy products unless it is fermented and avoid corn unless it is organic
- Ditch boxed and canned foods; the longer it lasts on a shelf the longer it stays in your body. * canned foods are also linked to cancer!
- Stop using the microwave – think of the word “nuke” you are radiating your food and taking out it’s nutrition completely
- Avoid canola, cottonseed, soybean, and safflower oils as they are extremely toxic
- Eat organic! Especially if you consume meat – any hormones or antibiotics that animal has been given, you will ingest by eating them. Also, animals naturally are supposed to eat grass and when they are grain fed they become sick. If you eat grain fed animals you are eating a sick animal!
- GOOD fats are where it’s at – if you consume margarine you are not doing yourself any favors. If it’s not butter what the hell is it! LOL plastic.
