Here is the common scenario: You get a physical illness or develop an uncomfortable mental condition, since (generally speaking) you are programmed into thinking a doctor is the person responsible for your health, and you go to visit a doctor. You are told you have a serious condition and then treated like a one-size-fits-all as you leave with a slip for a prescription for an assortment of pills. Your concerns were not addressed as you were not told anything on how you can fix the problem yourself but rather told “take this pill and you will feel better.” So you decide to see a naturopath or homeopath in order to get a second opinion and more clarity on your condition. The advice is much better, as they are working with nature’s medicine but again you are given a complicated protocol and a handful of remedies, you leave overwhelmed by the amount of remedies you have to take and the protocol of when and how to take them. You then get home and turn on the TV and Dr. Oz is talking about this incredible supplement that fixes the problem you just went to a doctor, a homeopath, and a naturopath about. You get excited and decide to go out and buy the supplement, only to return to the naturopath a few weeks later with an improvement, however they have advised you to quit taking what Doctor Oz recommended. Now you leave their office paranoid because you feel that this supplement that Dr. Oz recommended was attributed to your condition improving. You quickly dive into more of your own research and become REALLY overwhelmed and fed-up. You become hopeless, frustrated, and depressed that there really isn’t a simple solution out there to fix your condition FAST.
People of all walks come to me wanting to know what the truth is regarding certain health trends and information, and to my shock I cannot believe how many people are so overloaded with information spinning their wheels, that they have lost basic common sense on how to attain and be radiantly healthy. We have distanced ourselves greatly from the basic truth on our bodies and what’s right for them. We are eating and drinking fake and processed foods, spending too much time indoors in front of TV’s and not enough time with nature or deeply connecting to those in our lives. We have become unplugged from knowing what we are and what we need to succeed with our health. I really shouldn’t be surprised looking at it, but I am especially when people tell me “My doctor told me not to eat apples” or “My doctor told me to stay away from spring water”. Some times I just want to scream at them and say “IS YOUR DOCTOR GOD?!”. Statistics show that the prescription pills doctors are using to heal people kill more people than car accidents each year!
We are treating our bodies like science experiments! Where did we get lost thinking that we are these complicated machines that need to be handled with crazy diagnostics and in-depth accounts. When really it is SO simple and in most cases FREE to be in radiant health, where you can be freed from worrying about getting a life threatening illness or being unable to heal from certain situations.
Radiant health means “health beyond danger”, according to one of the most incredible Chinese herbalists of all time, Ron Teeguarden. This is what is needed to add to sustainability around us in these times, as the fast paced world quickly changes us global citizens need to have total adaptability meaning that no matter what kind of pressure or stress we are faced with, nothing can get in the way of our individual missions in life, so instead of merely surviving we are THRIVING.
Personally I have talked to many people who have suffered from the scenerio I described earlier in this post. They really have no idea who to trust anymore, they feel like every other “professional” has let them down and when they sit in front of me and share I can sense that they are even skeptical of me – someone who tells them to walk barefoot, spend time in nature, eat organic and/or local foods, and take their power back. And they question me and nature!?

My tips on setting a solid foundation to be in radiant health
#1. Drink living water: We should all be aware by now how polluted and unsafe most tap water around the world is for consumption. Not only can there be harsh chemicals like chlorine and fluoride, but what many of us are not yet aware about it is the amount of pharmaceutical drugs contaminating our tap water. It’s so dangerous in the long run and is responsible for causing much illness. If you don’t trust me, then I ask you to please put some tap water in a pot and boil it down to nothing and look at the disgusting residue left over. It’s just not consumable!

#2. Upgrade your indoor air quality: Did you know? The average adult breathes in about 20 cubic meters, or 20,000 liters of air a day where we require negative ions in order to nourish our bodies with oxygen. I highly recommend you consider the air quality in the enviroments we are working in since we are exposed to a great amount of polluntants coming from automobile traffic, commercial, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and off gassing from carpets and paint. Breathing fresh negative ions that the body requires will help you function in an optimal range.
I reccomened purchasing air purifying plants, and as an alternative using salt lamps and ionizers.

1. Bamboo Palm: According to NASA, it removes formaldehyde and is also said to act as a natural humidifier.
2. Snake Plant: Found by NASA to absorb nitrogen oxides and formaldehyde.
3. Areca Palm: One of the best air purifying plants for general air cleanliness.
4. Spider Plant: Great indoor plant for removing carbon monoxide and other toxins or impurities. Spider plants are one of three plants NASA deems best at removing formaldehyde from the air.
5. Peace Lily: Peace lilies could be called the “clean-all.” They’re often placed in bathrooms or laundry rooms because they’re known for removing mold spores. Also know to remove formaldehyde and trichloroethylene.
6. Gerbera Daisy: Not only do these gorgeous flowers remove benzene from the air, they’re known to improve sleep by absorbing carbon dioxide and giving off more oxygen over night.
#3.Ground yourself daily: Throughout time, we humans have walked, sat, stood, and slept on the ground—the skin of our bodies touching the skin of the Earth—oblivious to the fact that such physical contact transfers natural electrical energy to the body.
Modern lifestyle has disconnected us from the Earth’s energy, making us more vulnerable to stress and illness.
