Take an hour to treat yourself to some TLC. If this means going out to get a massage, pedicure, or facial – then do it! You are SO worth it.

I find that nothing is more relaxing and nourishing to my soul than whipping up a homemade mask myself with ingredients from my fridge and pantry, putting on my some music, lighting a few candles, and dreaming about what my lavish luxurious peaceful life would look and feel like.

Nothing beats a treat to your skin and your soul! After all as Goddesses we need to spend more time dreaming and less time worrying.

#2. Dress up
Have fun – put some red lipstick on, become adventurous.playful. A great teacher of mine often expressed that when you dress up you pull your energies up.

Isn’t it true that when we feel beautiful in the clothing we are wearing, our day just magically seems to shine?!

#3. Reflect. Release. Rest
Why today is so special is the fact that this Valentines Day also is a FULL MOON. And not just any ordinary full moon, but a full moon in Leo – which is a sign of beauty and luxury, so it is imperative that you honour step 2, but also in observance of the moon, it would be a great opportunity to detox in a hot bath with essential oils and epson salts.

Did you know? That our bodies detox the best during full moons? Emotionally and physically, this is why often people get emotional, irrational, and a wee bit crazy. It is because of luna’s magnetic pull that disrupts our bodies equilibrium, placing us out of balance.

The full moon also emits an incredible reflective light (as above so below) which cosmically translates into universe asking us to reflect on where we are at, and to RELEASE and let go of the weights that keep us heavy, tied down, and not free. Use this to your advantage dear Goddess – use the moon to help you detox from all mental, physical, emotional. and spiritual nonsense that keeps you small, dull, tired, and inactive.

Engage in these practices and allow yourself to become a Love Goddess who ebbs and flows with grace – may your path be sensually lit divinely in the full moon’s light.
